Wild Croft Apiary
Wild Croft keep their bees the slow way, along the hedgerows and field margins rather than out on a single crop.
That placement matters more than it sounds. Hedgerows flower in waves across the season, so the bees forage across many plants rather than one. The honey carries that mixture, and it shifts a little from batch to batch.
Nothing is heated or fine-filtered. The honey is left raw, which keeps the character of the place and the time of year it was made.
It means no two jars are ever quite identical. We think that's the point, not a flaw to be corrected.
